Adding & Deleting Email Route Points in AACC
- A route point is a logical address that enables incoming email contacts to be provided treatment by AACC
The route point is used by AACC to accept incoming email contacts or as a point where email contacts are routed.
- Must be logged into the Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA) Launched web page as an administrator account to configure route points.
