So 1st what you need to do is to find the extension number or target extension station number you want to reset and then follow these 2 steps
1) Inside your Site Administration issue this command 1st “busyout station 5659” (replace your extension number with 5000)
Once the Command is enter you should be able to see the Pass status as shown below
2) Now once the above commands executed thats mean your phones are ready to reboot or reset. So enter the following command now “release station 5659” (replace your extension number with 5659) and result should be Pass as shown below
