Verint / Avaya WFO12 Evaluation Arabic Support

So someone asked whether is it possible to have Avaya WFO 12 Evaluation Arabic Support, to view arabic contents after supervisor evaluate the form and leave comments in Arabic.

So according to Avaya they have released KB Patch which should be installed on Avaya WFO Server in order to see Arabic comments in Evaluation form.

 

P.S : Please note this KB117054 Patch will only let you see the evaluation form comments or notes. Doesn’t mean you can create the whole evaluation form in Arabic, yet there is not Evaluation form Arabic support yet.

 

Update: This KB117054 is not yet available on Avaya Support. You may need to open Ticket with Avaya Helpdesk in order to avail this patch.
