Avaya IP Office Custom Logo

Hello Everyone

I found this useful video if you want to learn how to customize your IP OFFICE logo

Now you can customize your Avaya IP Office 9608, 9611, 9620 desk sets.

All you need to do is follow the screen below
Step By Step:
(using avaya ip office manager application)

click file/advanced/embedded file management

ststem/primary

right click in the primary folder and click upload

browse to your image(s) in .jpg format and double click the file

(scroll thru the primary folder and confirm your .jpg is there)

find the 46xxsettings.txt file/right click/ copy

paste the 46xxsettings.txt file on your desktop

*****save an additional copy in another folder just in case you mess up and need to revert back to default file.

make the changes in the 46xxsettings.txt file outlined in the video and save. (must be saved as 46xxsettings.txt)

Go back into embedded file management/system/primary

right click existing 46xxsettings.txt and click delete
(MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACK UP OF ORIGINAL SAVED)

right click/upload

browse to the 46xxsettings.txt file you made the changes to and upload it.

reset your ip phone(s)

watch the screen, you should see your screen saver .jpg displayed on the screen as the phone loads
