How to enable the feature “Live Monitoring” in ACR 12.
You need to get Live monitor license so that it can show enabled in ACR license page.
Then new role “May Monitor” will apprear in User Role.
Ac the Montor option on top of Replay page of ACR.
Enter either station or agent id.
Watch and listen to the agent through the computer speakers.
