How to reset Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch to Factory Default

In this my very first video, I’ll demonstrate on how you can reset Avaya ERS Series Switch to its Factory default setting.

To get into command prompt please press “Ctrl + Y” key.

Before you start resetting your switch, please make sure that you have existing configuration back up.

This command can be compiled on Avaya ERS (5000, 4000, 3500, 2500) Series switch.
