WFO 12 AVAYA / VERINT (ACR) HOW TO ADD BULK STATION AND CHECK LICENSE
Hello Everyone
This is a small tutorial on how to add Bulk stations in Avaya / Verint Recording Application. Currently i’m using Avaya ACR R.12. In this video i’ll even show you how to find the license and the current patch vervion.
Let start and see how it works.

Since this is a windows based system, How do you install patches released for ACR? Could you please demonstrate it?

You can follow the below procedure in order to apply the ACR 12.X Patches
Windows Systems
1. Log on to the box
2. Stop the ACR Service
3. Copy “\Avaya\ContactRecorder\tomcat7\lib\cscmmain.jar” to a backup location outside the install location
4. Overwrite “cscmmain.jar” with the new version, ensure the permissions are the same as the previous instance of the file.
5. Copy “\Avaya\ContactRecorder\tomcat7\webapps\ROOT.war” to a backup location outside the install location
6. Overwrite “ROOT.war” with the new version, ensure the permissions are the same as the previous instance of the file.
7. Copy “\Avaya\ContactRecorder\tomcat7\lib\cscmres.jar” to a backup location outside the install location
8. Overwrite “cscmres.jar” with the new version, ensure the permissions are the same as the previous instance of the file.
9. Delete the following directory and its contents “\Avaya\ContactRecorder\tomcat7\work”
10. Start the ACR Service
11. Logoff
